Job Title: Luxury Residential Concierge

Salary: £30,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at Corecruitment. As a Luxury Residential Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

About the Position

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and any other requests, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and care.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying the values of excellence and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the concierge team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Sign in contractors and ensure they have the necessary access and information.
  • Provide a 5-star service, exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or residential buildings, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Impeccable level of customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Must be well-presented, with flawless communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area, with the ability to provide recommendations and insights.
  • Full driving license, with the ability to drive safely and efficiently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
