About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Day Concierge to join our luxury residential apartment building in London. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

About the Venue and Company:

Our luxury residential apartment building offers a range of amenities, including a spa, gym, and swimming pool, and is managed by a reputable property management company.

About the Position:

As a Day Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting residents and guests on arrival
  • Directing and coordinating contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assisting residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensuring that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Acting as an ambassador for the brand
  • Providing a 5-star service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A willingness to go the extra mile
