About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join our luxury residential apartment building in London. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

About the Venue and Company:

Our luxury apartments offer a range of amenities, including a spa, gym, and swimming pool. Our company is a leading property management company, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents.

About the Position:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests on arrival
  • Direct and coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand
  • Provide a 5-star service

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Must be well-presented with flawless communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Be willing to go the extra mile
