About the Venue and Company

About the Position

  • Meet and greet residents and guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexible scheduling with 5 on 2 off and 2 on 5 off shifts

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to go above and beyond to provide excellent service
