Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Ballymore. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury estate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a high level of service to residents, ensuring their requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  2. Assist with the security of residents and the building, maintaining the safety of all residents and visitors.
  3. Manage communication systems, including telephones, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  4. Issue visitor parking permits and provide explanations on onsite parking procedures.
  5. Liaise with security and cleaning staff to ensure the estate runs smoothly.
  6. Report any security or health and safety issues, as well as incidents or complaints.
  7. Safeguard security keys and issue them only to authorized personnel.
  8. Cross-train other resort departments and respond to resident enquiries through the b. Life system.
  9. Conduct apartment and estate key audits during night shifts and deal with maintenance and cleaning problems.
  10. Maintain a safe environment for all residents and securely handle people's data.
  11. Report accidents and record them in the accident book.
  12. Turn on and off lobby lights at appropriate times.
  13. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deal with complex issues.
  14. Conduct monthly stock checks and requisition supplies as necessary.
  15. Assist residents in a friendly and efficient manner.
  16. Know all essential aspects of the resort and build a good rapport with residents.
Requirements
  1. Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  2. Ability to multi-task and time-manage.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
