Position Overview: As a Concierge, you will be the face of our client's luxury residence, responsible for ensuring that every resident and guest receives personalized service of the highest standard. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences and upholding the prestigious reputation of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying the values of luxury service.
• Provide detailed information about the property and local area, including dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions.
• Manage reservations and bookings for restaurants, events, and transport services, ensuring all requests are fulfilled efficiently.
• Coordinate with various departments to respond to resident needs and special requests.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and with discretion.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local happenings and amenities to offer tailored recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness within the concierge area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a concierge or high-end customer service role, ideally within a luxury environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of the London area is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
