Job Summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Residences Concierge Assistant Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our residents in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with services related to their apartments, ensuring seamless delivery of luxury amenities and services.
  • Support the concierge team in delivering exceptional service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
  • Handle requests and provide detailed information regarding concierge services, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent command of English language, with confident communication skills and a second language an advantage.
  • Computer literate, with problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • UK driving license and experience driving luxury cars.
