Residences Concierge Assistant Supervisor

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Residences Concierge Assistant Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our residents in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with services related to their apartments, ensuring seamless delivery of concierge services.
  • Support the concierge team in delivering exceptional service, anticipating residents' needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle telephone, email, and in-person requests, providing detailed information regarding concierge services.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential environments.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with confident communication skills. A second language is an advantage.
  • Computer literate, with problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • UK driving license and experience driving luxury cars.
