We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Concierge to join our luxury residential apartment building in London. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

About the Venue and Company

  • Luxury residential apartments
  • Spa, gym, and swimming pool facilities
  • Established property management company

About the Position

  • Meet and greet residents and guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate and direct contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexible scheduling, including 5 on 2 off and 2 on 5 off shifts

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years' experience in luxury residential apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
