Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all patients, visitors, and consultants, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Direct patients and visitors to the correct areas, ensuring they receive the best possible care
  • Manage telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Cover for reception duties as needed, providing administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
