About the Role
The Concierge Ambassador will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a personalized experience for all visitors. This role requires a strong understanding of the local area, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Tailor recommendations and services to meet individual guest preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Handle special requests such as arranging for flowers, gifts, or special accommodations.
- Ensure that concierge resources such as brochures, maps, and local attraction information are well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about local events, attractions, dining options, and services to provide guests with up-to-date and valuable recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front office within the luxury segment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local area, and the ability to handle guest inquiries issues with professionalism and efficiency is ideal.
