As the Chief Concierge, you will oversee the team of porters and door staff, facilitating all aspects of concierge services while upholding our brand values. You will deliver intuitive service in response to guest inquiries, ensuring a memorable and distinctive stay that showcases the best of London. A thorough understanding of the local area, competitor establishments, and current events is essential, enabling you to provide insightful recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all departments are informed of guests' preferences and requirements prior to their arrival, facilitating a unique and personalized experience.
  • Responding to guest requests with the utmost professionalism, always aligning with our brand values.
  • Maintaining a welcoming demeanor during busy periods at the concierge desk while ensuring efficiency.
  • Coordinating transportation for guests as needed, utilizing reputable services that align with our brand standards.
  • Recognizing and accommodating cultural differences to meet guests' specific needs.
  • Participating in daily briefings to keep the team informed about local happenings, dining recommendations, and entertainment options.
