Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping the financial trajectory of our organization, ensuring fiscal stability, driving financial strategy, and supporting our ambitious growth initiatives. This position requires a dynamic leader with a profound understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, strong financial expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute financial strategies to align with the company's growth goals.
- Provide strategic insights to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and forecasts.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Oversee all financial management functions, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow oversight, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the executive team, investors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Act as the primary liaison for investors, delivering regular updates and insights into the company's financial health and strategic direction.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and investors, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and systems to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
- Enhance financial operations and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee risk management strategies, including insurance, compliance, and internal audit functions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to elevate the financial expertise of the team and support career advancement.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality or customer-centric sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of enhancing financial performance and growth.
- Experience in managing investor relations and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
