Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a long-established Property Business based in West London. As a result of growth and structural changes, they now require a senior finance professional to help restructure, develop, and lead the business through its ongoing evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with directors/shareholders to review the current business model and implement changes/restructuring to maximise efficiencies, drive growth, and improve the bottom line.
  • Review and re-order the current accounting function, including staff, duties, and office systems.
  • Liaise with external auditors, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Manage risk and compliance.
  • Innovate and strategize to realise business and shareholder objectives, enabling those members of the existing board nearing retirement to plan for succession.
  • Shareholding and profit share available.
  • Exposure to Property Management accounting, specifically service charges and reserve funds, as well as ground rents.
  • Exposure to QUBE would be highly beneficial.
Requirements:
  • Stable career background with a proven track record of improving the process and profitability of businesses.
  • 10 years of high-level accounting experience, ideally working at board level.
  • Professionally accredited/qualified.
Remuneration:

Remuneration for the successful Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer will start at up to £100k basic with shareholding and bonus potential.
