Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Concierge to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Office Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Personalized Service: Offer personalized service to all guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  2. Ensure Proper Coverage: Ensure proper coverage and supervision of the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport service at all times.
  3. Manage Guest Complaints: Manage guest complaints professionally, resolving them to guest satisfaction and recording them.
  4. Consult with Supervisors: Consult the supervisor, Chief Concierge, or FOM for advice in serious cases or for approvals.
  5. Be Aware of Guest Comments: Be fully aware of and report all guest comments or complaints.
  6. Perform Cashier Closure: Perform proper cashier closure and handover between shifts.
  7. Be Aware of VIPs: Be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
  8. Arrange Transportation: Check arrival and departure lists and arrange transportation and airport services accordingly.
  9. Handle Guest Correspondence: Handle and ensure prompt delivery of messages, mail, or any other guest and hotel correspondence.
  10. Assist with Partnerships: Assist in arranging partnerships and contacts with service suppliers.
  11. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational changes, and news.
  12. Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist the Concierge Supervisor in fulfilling administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities, and replace them when needed.
  13. Be Flexible: Be flexible and adapt to rotate within different subsections of the Front Office Department.
