About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and sub-contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a 5-star customer service experience to residents, responding to their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Management: Monitor the front door entrance, granting access to residents, visitors, and delivery personnel, while maintaining accurate records of attendance and testing.
  • Building Maintenance: Supervise small works and ongoing contracts, including cleaners, waste removal, and other services, ensuring that the building is well-maintained and secure.
  • Communication: Work closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure effective communication and collaboration, reporting any issues to the Property Manager and team.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive attitude, be polite, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
  • Education: Relevant education or experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
