Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 8:00pm, with weekends on rotation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all patients, visitors, and consultants have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, visitors, and consultants at the hospital entrance
  • Direct patients and visitors to the correct areas of the hospital
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to queries
  • Cover for reception staff when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
