Job Title: Day and Night Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing reservations and bookings, ensuring accurate and timely communication with relevant departments.
  • Assisting members and guests with their requests and queries, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the concierge area, including the storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Providing door security and assisting with luggage and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concierge or Hall Porter in a Private Members Club or 5-star Hotel.
  • Stability in your career to date, with a proven track record of excellent service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong telephone manner and neat handwriting.
  • Diplomatic, courteous, and well-presented at all times, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
