Job Title: Concierge

Location: London Bridge Hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 8:00pm, with weekends on rotation

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our Front of House Team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all patients, visitors, and consultants have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, visitors, and consultants
  • Direct patients to the correct areas
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to queries
  • Cover for reception when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous Concierge experience, preferably in a 5-star setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
