Concierge Role:

As a Concierge with Australasian Recruitment Company, you will be responsible for providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents in our property management company. Your duties will include monitoring the front door entrance, granting access to residents, visitors, and contractors, as well as undertaking routine patrols of the property. You will also be responsible for monitoring common areas, reporting any issues to the Property Manager, and logging parcel deliveries. Additionally, you will supervise small works and ongoing contracts, including cleaners and waste removal, and ensure that records of attendance and testing are kept up to date. You will be expected to adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times and safely handle residents' keys. Your role will also involve meeting and greeting residents and visitors, handling their enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, and providing a 5-star customer service in a busy and diverse environment. You will be the first point of contact for all residents, contractors, and sub-contractors, and will work closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building.

Concierge Essentials:

• Locations vary between SE1, E3, and SE9
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts with a 4on-4off shift pattern (7:00AM – 7:00PM), at times including Saturday work (9:00AM – 9:00PM)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent in English
