An outstanding opportunity is available for a Overnight Concierge Services Associate to become a part of the Residences Division at Raffles London at the OWO.

Reporting to the Residences Relations Manager, you will oversee the nightly operations of the residential concierge services.

Collaborating with the Residences Concierge and Residents Relations Manager, you will manage all facets of resident arrivals, departures, and their overall experience. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs and deliver a luxurious, high-caliber service while meeting delivery and service objectives.

You will maintain close communication with Security, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Spa departments to ensure seamless service that exceeds resident expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional care for residents during their arrival and departure, as well as in lobby areas.
  • Collaborating effectively with all members of the concierge team and broader department.
  • Engaging with staff, residents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Fostering and nurturing positive relationships, including adept problem-solving and complaint resolution.
  • Managing time-sensitive objectives efficiently.
  • Coordinating closely with other hotel departments.
  • Assuming additional responsibilities in the absence of a direct supervisor or senior staff member.
  • Performing other assigned duties, which may include working in different departments or restaurants.
  • Occasionally assisting the valet parking team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Recent experience in luxury residential settings or five-star hotels in a similar capacity.
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of service and memorable experiences.
  • Demonstrated history of delighting guests through exceptional service.
