Night Concierge

FPMR Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team on a night shift basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Security and Safety: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a secure and safe environment for all residents.
- Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, log/report any maintenance required, and ensure the communal areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Communication: Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager in a timely manner, and deal with guests/residents' concerns or complaints.
- Operational Reports: Complete the am/pm/overnight operational reports and handover, and report any operational issues.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in the highest level of customer service.
- Driving Licence: A full clean UK Driving Licence is required.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am.
