Night Concierge

We are seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join our team at one of the UK's leading residential property management companies.
About the Role:As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional front of house service and ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with residents and visitors.
- Manage parcel and post collection, maintaining a well-presented and professional demeanor at all times.
- Work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring a consistent and reliable service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented individual with a professional demeanor.
- No SIA licence required as there is no patrolling involved.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a prestigious location.
