Job Title: Night Concierge

We are seeking a Night Concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents in our St Pancras site. As a Night Concierge, you will be the smiling face that welcomes residents, delivering excellent customer service and providing solutions to any problems that may arise during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for residents during the night shift
  • Delivering exceptional resident service and going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Providing practical and timely solutions to resident problems, including communicating maintenance issues with colleagues and managers
  • Assisting with parcel and post queries
  • Working with residents to ensure the property remains a safe and enjoyable space for all residents during the night
  • Ensuring property bin stores are kept clean and tidy
  • Carrying out checks and building walks
  • Inspecting communal areas, including the plant room, lifts, and corridors, to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
  • Dealing with issues or incidents and calling emergency services when necessary
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance and Day Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for residents 24/7
  • Writing a comprehensive handover for Day Team colleagues to ensure they are aware of any issues or concerns
  • Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all aspects of the role and reporting any concerns
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service or Concierge role
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Working Hours:

8pm to 8am, four on four off shift pattern

Salary:

£28,780
