Residents are seen on a daily basis and staff become involved in the residents life to a very high degree: giving advice and offering support whilst exercising control and supervision, all the time liaising with the rest of the probation service and a wide range of agencies. This allows staff and residents to work together to continue on a journey of recovery and achieve meaningful, positive change.
