The U R Boss initiative is dedicated to driving advocacy efforts that are informed by the voices of children and young individuals affected by the justice system. The Campaigns and Communications Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Leading the campaign efforts to promote policy reform.
  • Coordinating and overseeing project activities, particularly in the areas of youth engagement, policy advocacy, and training.
  • Enhancing the visibility and reputation of the organization and its unique services among government officials, key stakeholders, media outlets, and the broader community, especially targeting young audiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in campaign management, demonstrating a track record of effecting meaningful change. Expertise in project and contract oversight is essential, along with the ability to identify potential challenges and risks.
