Senior Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Specialist to join our team at LEWIS Communications GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects, providing strategic communications advice, and coordinating media opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Account Management: Assist the team in managing client accounts and projects, helping to establish LEWIS Communications GmbH as a trusted partner for marketing and communications services.
- Media Relations: Offer thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding media opportunities and tactics, and coordinate communication with clients to ensure deadlines and service agreements are met.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify strong news angles and media opportunities, and develop and strengthen existing media relationships.
- Content Creation: Draft a broad range of written materials, including biographies, briefing documents, media alerts, soundbites, Q&As, backgrounders, and boilerplates, ensuring a consistent level of high-quality content.
- Project Coordination: Participate in new business pitches, assist with the coordination of press tours, events, and review programs, and ensure that all account activity and results are reported back to the Senior Campaign Executive/Campaign Manager/Campaign Director.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience working in a B2B, corporate, consumer, or digital communications environment at a Campaign Coordinator or Campaign Executive level.
- Written Ability: Proven written ability in English and local languages.
- Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Media Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of media, including print and broadcast.
- Market Research: Understanding of market research and analysis.
- Time Management: Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines.
