Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Liaison Officer in Islington. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • Working as part of a project team but also as an individual officer, take direct responsibility for the communication strategy for each project assigned to you
  • Act as the "go to" person for advice/information on resident consultation for major works.
  • Undertake the design, content, printing, recording, distribution and follow up of all leaflets, newsletters, posters etc
  • Provide responses to all incoming correspondence, concerning the projects to which you are assigned, from residents, colleagues, elected members
  • Work closely with existing Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) specific to your projects

The candidate:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • A skilful communicator, able to articulate with ease and conviction. Excellent writing skills with a personable nature to encourage meaningful oral communications
  • Experience working in a similar role in the public sector is essential
