Position Overview:

The Graduate Business Representative will hold a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand the company's client portfolio and enhance revenue streams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organisation's success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.





Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to remain a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
