Excited to be recruiting for this London fintech who are on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative The perfect opportunity for someone who wants to begin their sales career, who is also passionate about finance or the investments industry.


The Company

A data software start-up that operates in the alternative investment industry. Their platform helps PE funds, hedge funds and private capital investors make more informed decisions, mitigate risk and save heaps of time


Having already seen huge amounts of success, they’re looking to grow their sales team to drive more business. The role has incredible internal progression and the chance to grow with a budding business.


No sales experience is required Just a genuine interest in finance and the investments industry and a desire to work in a target-driven environment.


The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients and qualifying whether they would benefit from the platform. This involves:

  • Outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with businesses who have never heard of you before
  • Booking product demos for the Account Executives to close
  • Meeting KPIs and targets
  • Speaking with key decision makers of large enterprise businesses


Who Are You

  • Graduate, ideally with a finance or economics related degree
  • Sales experience not required but may be useful
  • Internship in the finance/investments space (hedge fund, PE firm, bank)
  • Clear communicator - confident and assertive
  • Strong work ethic
  • Natural curiosity
  • Resilient and persistent
  • Money-motivated and target-driven
