Your Mission:
As our Business Development expert, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll establish new partnerships, help redefine recruitment strategies, and lead us and our partners to even greater success.
- Identify and win over new clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment space.
- Work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional service.
- Keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to keep up on everything recruitment, Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Harness the power of the Group services, collaborating and cross selling where possible.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in business development in a 360 recruitment role within Engineering or Manufacturing sectors.
- You might currently be an experienced 360 recruitment consultant looking to focus purely on winning new business.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
- Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environment
- To be able to get to our Stonehouse Office in Gloucestershire when required.
