Role Overview
i2i Recruitment is a dynamic company seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the security sector. With a clear purpose, you will focus on networking, prospecting, and fostering relationships to promote cutting-edge security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the local area to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's footprint.
- Understand client needs to tailor bespoke security solutions, ensuring a personalised and professional approach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the security sector.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Ensure all sales processes adhere to relevant legal and industry standards, including data protection requirements.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes to support business objectives.
Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within the security or military sectors (although other backgrounds will be considered).
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
