Job Title: Business Development Manager - Security Solutions

As a reputable security business based in Stonehouse, we offer bespoke installation maintenance and monitoring security systems for perimeter and asset protection.

Salary: Up to £52,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's market presence within the UK.
  • IDentify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Built strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of small building works and security installation invoicing an advantage.
  • Experience in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of up to £52,500 per annum.
  • A bonus structure tied to performance.
  • 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 2 years and to 25 days after 5 years.
