We are Siamo Group Ltd, a reputable security business based in the UK, offering bespoke installation, maintenance, and monitoring security systems for perimeter and asset protection. As a Business Development Manager - Security, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the UK and ensuring that our security solutions meet the needs of clients.

About the Role

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have previous exposure with the Security Sales field and industry experience in B2B sales, with knowledge of small building works and understanding of security installation invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients within the designated territory.
  • Prepare client reports and participate in client meetings.
  • Allocate work to onsite engineers and manage through to completion.
Requirements
  • Sales & Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercial ambassador, advocating for our quality security solutions and helping to grow business opportunities.
  • Previous exposure with the Security Sales field is essential.
  • Technical building knowledge: Knowledge of small building works and understanding of security installation invoicing will be advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm working hours.
  • £35,000 £55,000 estimated salary (DOE).
  • Phone, laptop, and company car provided.
  • Bonus structure.
  • 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 2 years and to 25 days after 5 years.
