Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business and manage renewals with existing clients.
  • Own and manage your sales territory, focusing on the wider Birmingham area.
  • Navigate complex, multi-layer sales processes to close deals.
  • Identify and understand client needs, even those they may not be aware of, and provide the right digital product solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience selling 'digital' products or services
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-layer deals.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and create bespoke solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Birmingham area and its business landscape.


  • Salary ranges from 35-40k depending on experience selling media/digital, plus car allowance (£4500)
  • Full product training and impressive onboarding process.
  • Next step on the career ladder is Senior Key Account Director (40K to 45k base salary)
