Our primary services are PR, social media management, digital marketing and local marketing, all underpinned by a strong creative division that offers in-house photography, videography and graphic design.

Job Description:

With exciting new client wins and an adapting media landscape, were growing the Media Team at Me:Mo for a modern, digital-first approach to PR. Were looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us, bringing expertise to the role with an ability to proactively manage PR accounts, secure coverage across the traditional media and influencer landscape and drive creative media campaigns that get people talking about our clients.

The new team member will work with the Press Lead and Influencer Lead on media strategies for clients, be responsible for managing media and influencer work for a variety of accounts and assist with wider team and service development. The candidate will also work with andhelp manage our account managers and account executives.

Well be looking for a candidate that has a proven record of working with restaurants on successful media campaigns, has a passion for the industry and is a great culture fit for working in our fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic support to the Press and Influencer Leads

  • Directs and manages PR campaigns across a range of clients, working with Client Services leads to manage expectations of clients.

  • Generates feature placements in key titles

  • Maintainsrelations with media, influencers and tastemakers

  • Manages launch events, campaigns and activations

  • Manages junior team members to ensure KPIs are met

  • Delivers coverage across traditionalpress, online, influencer and broadcast platforms, adding value from all media activity

  • Manages tracking and reporting across clients

  • Contributes to Media Team development by training junior staff and exploring new tools, practises

  • Proactively seeks out new media relationships in key national and international publications

A successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working at Senior Account Executivelevel or upwards) within the restaurant PR industry (in agency or in-house)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Team management experience

  • Proven track record of creating a positive impact on business through implementation of a communications strategy

  • Strong organisation skills, methodical and efficient and ability to make good decisions and be proactive.

  • Proactive, creative and strategic mind

  • Established media and influencer contacts across UK publications

  • Experience of event management

  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate media strategies and client campaign goals

  • Able to identifypositive coverage opportunities across multiple media platforms

  • A commercial mind drives covers as well as media awareness.
