Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Sales Manager to join our team at Press of Primrose Hill. This pivotal role involves spearheading the sales department, crafting innovative sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through adept sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies
  • Oversee major accounts and foster strong client relationships
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to enhance conversion rates both in-store and online
  • Develop and maintain exceptional customer service standards

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a sales management capacity
  • Proven track record of motivating and guiding a sales team
  • Strong visual merchandising and styling capabilities
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to cultivate and manage customer relationships effectively

Compensation and Work Schedule

The position offers a competitive salary of £29k per annum, plus commission, with statutory holiday pay as per contract. The role typically requires a commitment of five days a week, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
