Job Opportunity: PR Account Manager

About Us: MEDIA CONTACTS is a well-established, award-winning PR agency that specializes in luxury brands in the food and drink industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking a confident PR Account Manager with experience in the UK food & drink or hospitality PR industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
  • Implement PR campaigns on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and attend events for clients, such as product launches and trade shows.
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts to secure press coverage.
  • Write press releases and pitch stories to journalists to secure media coverage.
  • Strategically implement experiential activities, such as pop-ups and events, to increase brand engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the UK food & drink or hospitality PR industry.
  • Ability to deliver pitches and speak to the media confidently.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and creative mindset.
  • Love for the food and drink industry.
