My client is extremely passionate about eliminating single use plastics across the UK. Backed by leading consumer investment funds, they’re now scaling their brand across new products, channels, and territories.


Reporting into the Head of Operations, your role will focus on developing and delivering the customer experience strategy in order to deliver five star customer service and operational excellence.

  • Mentor, and motivate the customer service team (6 people) to provide Best In Class Service.
  • Oversee all customer communication channels to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for ensuring efficient customer services.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback, collaborating with other departments to improve products and services.


Successful applicant

  • Ecommerce Customer Service Leadership Experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Excellent systems and excel knowledge preferred
