The Opportunity:
Work closely with the Head of Customer Success as the first CSM hire
As a scaling business and a developing function, the role needs someone ready to come in with high energy and ideas. You’ve got a chance to help develop and refine what excellent customer success looks like
You’ll own a book of c.15 well known clients and be focussed on total client ownership from onboarding through to retention and growth. This will include some US clients so there might be the odd later call in there now and again
It’s a real chance to join a growing business, taking advantage of the opportunities that will come along the way.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer success role, which included commercial targets. A background in sales or account management would be a useful addition.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
- A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
- Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here
- Experience of working with HR / L&D or training decision makers.

- A base salary up to £50k.
