About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team in a well-established GP surgery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment where patient care and professional development are priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across all age groups.
  • Managing chronic diseases, including asthma, diabetes, and COPD reviews.
  • Providing immunizations, wound care, and cervical screening.
  • Supporting health promotion and preventative care initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and infection control standards.
  • Collaborating with the wider clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Practice Nurse with NMC registration.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in chronic disease management and immunizations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive and patient-focused approach to care.
