We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Newbury Street Practice. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working autonomously within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Implement and evaluate individualised treatment plans for chronic disease patients
- Identify and support patients at risk of developing long-term conditions
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
- Masters degree required for qualification post December 2020
- Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber on the NMC register
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
