Oxford Practice Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team in Oxford, providing high-quality healthcare services to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will have a passion for primary care and the necessary skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments, including smear tests, vaccinations, and wound care.
- Administer immunizations and vaccines.
- Assist with chronic disease management and education.
- Take patient histories and vital signs.
- Perform general nursing duties as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.
- Competence in wound care, immunizations, and general practice nursing duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
£35 per hour.
The position is on an ad-hoc basis, with specific dates in November and December available.
No home visits are required, and accommodation is not provided.
