Job Summary
Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Vaughan Thomas Ward. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting our Trust on its journey to outstanding care.
Main Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients and carers. You will also develop effective risk management plans and work collaboratively with the ward team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Requirements
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Skills in clinical risk assessment and management
- Able to plan and organise the work of Health Care Assistants
