Theatre Nurse / ODP Role at Nuffield Health

Nuffield Health Oxford, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse / ODP to join its multidisciplinary team at The Manor Hospital.

As a key member of the operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

About the Role:

  • Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC)
  • Post-registration experience in theatre nursing or operating department practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervise and support junior members of staff
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
