Main Duties:
- Develop leadership skills to guide the theatre team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Analyse audits, incident reports, and risk to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of LocSSIPs, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as a resource for the evaluation and implementation of Trust, Divisional, and Directorate Quality Priorities.
- Manage change effectively, establishing goals and delivering results in a realistic timeframe.
- Act as a role model for professional values and behaviours, supporting staff in their learning and education.
- Develop and demonstrate leadership skills, including human and material resources management.
