About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse on our Adult Inpatient Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting our Trust on its journey to outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and carers
- Develop effective risk management plans and timely review of the risk management plan
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and treatment
- Participate in mentoring students and coaching healthcare assistants
Requirements
- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse - NMC
- Experience of working in a mental health setting and with multi-disciplinary teams
- Skills and confidence in clinical risk assessment and management
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2007
