Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding care.

Main Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients and carers. You will also develop effective risk management plans and work closely with the ward team to identify opportunities for positive risk-taking.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Skills in clinical risk assessment and management
  • Able to plan and organise the work of Health Care Assistants
