As a Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Chronic disease management and support for patients with long-term conditions
  • Immunizations and vaccinations, including childhood and travel vaccinations
  • Women's health services, including cervical cytology and contraceptive advice
  • Wound care and minor injury management
  • Health promotion and preventive care advice
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
