The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing excellent patient care and supporting the development of our staff. We are now seeking a Clinical Educator for the Cardiology ward to join our team.

About the Role

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for providing high-level expert advanced practice through leadership, consultation, clinical advice, teaching, and mentorship/support for staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive learning environment and contribute to the development of our staff.

The post holder will lead and develop services in Cardiology, working closely with colleagues to enhance the quality of care for patients. They will also provide expert guidance and support to staff, promoting evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered nurse with extensive experience in Cardiology
  • Previous cardiac experience - minimum 2 years
  • Practice Assessor training
  • Experience in teaching

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
